Participating in a TFP session offers you stunning photos in exchange for your time and talent. Before we begin capturing these incredible shots, please review the key points of our agreement:
Usage Rights
- Photographer’s Rights: I, Ikaika Honda of Ikaika Honda Photography, reserve the right to use any photos taken during our session in my portfolio, for promotional materials, on social media platforms, and for any other business-related purposes. These uses reflect my rights to commercially leverage the work produced during our session.
- Participant’s Rights: As a participant, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing the photos on your personal social media profiles, within your personal portfolio, or displaying them in your home. You are not permitted to sell, license, or otherwise distribute the photos for commercial gain. Any commercial use of the photos requires a separate written agreement with me and may involve additional compensation.
Delivery of Photos
You will receive a selection of the best, professionally edited photos within 2 weeks following our session. The specific number of photos delivered shall be at the discretion of the photographer.
Credit and Attribution
While it is not required, crediting ‘Ikaika Honda’ or tagging ‘@xentradi’ on Instagram when you share the photos is greatly appreciated. This acknowledgment supports the collaborative nature of our work and helps promote my services.
Model Release
By participating in this TFP session, you grant Ikaika Honda Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of you, or in which you may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. You hereby release the photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Safety and Comfort
I am committed to ensuring your comfort and safety during our photography session. I uphold a professional environment and expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the session.
Agreement Acceptance
Your participation in the session indicates your understanding and agreement to these terms. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all previous agreements, understandings, and discussions between the parties.
